Touring the Software

Sample Lists. Contains a list of protocols, including the version number and the number

of samples associated with each protocol.

Settings. Opens the 3D Settings dialog box. This dialog box has the following options:

These settings are also available by right-clicking in the applicable sections of the main 3D

display.

All Regions. Displays all regions of the batch.

2D. Returns to the default display.

Default. Returns to the histogram and dot plot display.

Saved Batches Tab

Use this tab to open a batch that has been run, and view its details, export, approve, or

replay a batch.
